an acceptable experience
kind staff helpful staff front desk efficient service moldy smell noisy room first floor
the staff was genuinely kind and helpful. i liked this. servers and the front desk workers were all warm (and efficient, i must say).
the room i stayed in was on the first floor. it overlooked the road. this was not ideal. the air conditioner emitted a moldy smell, which i didn't appreciate.

poor soundproofing limited choices
i was very disappointed. the room lacked proper soundproofing. i heard cars all night and motorcycles kept me awake. the lunch restaurant was a letdown, offering few choices, especially for vegetarians.

lukewarm food disorganized system
the food quality at this place wasn't great, i must admit. it REALLY disappointed ME. the buffet food was often lukewarm. the restaurant reservation system felt disorganized which was not ideal.

asian food pool bar dirty towels balcony door
The rooms were cleaned daily. i especially liked the hakka restaurant. It had amazing asian food. the pool bar had good tacos. it offered them directly to your sun lounger!!!
i noticed some towels had what looked like vomit on them. management wanted to charge 200 pesos for cleaning a towel. the balcony door in my room wouldn't lock. i told the front desk, but the manager did not care.

beach location friendly staff quick check-in lukewarm food smelly room temperamental lift
This hotel sits in a prime location. The beach is right there. The hotel is a short drive to main attractions, about 10 to 15 minutes. The staff was friendly. They were also approachable. The facilities were clean. The check-in was quick. They offered a drink on arrival. Staff explained services included with clarity.
The Mediterranean restaurant was not that excellent. You had to get your own salad. My main course was lukewarm. Our initial room had issues. It was located next to a service area. There was a strong smell of drainage. The lifts were also problematic. We used the emergency stairs often.
